Winner will be announced on November 1, 2009.

Submitted poems will be published in book form for parents, teachers, and children to learn, memorize, and enjoy, along with Chinese children!

Modern Tang Poem Model

Modern Tang Poetry Contest Rules

1. Contestants may be any age, but must be 18 years of age or older to win 1st or 2nd prize. 
2. Contestants must enter an original Tang-style poem (see model above) in trilingual format: English, Internet-Chinese®, and Chinese characters (optional; CCC will supply). 
3. Contestants may submit one or more entries. 
4. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges selected by CCC.
4. Deadline to enter the contest is 2009/9/30. The winners will be announced on 2009/11/1. 
6. CCC reserves the right to make changes to the contest poems as deemed necessary for publication. 
7. All entries become the property of CCC. 
8. No purchase is required to enter or win. 
9. CCC employees and their family members are not eligible to win prizes, but may submit entries for possible publication. 
10. The decision of the judges is final.
